By using MysticalOrb, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope
MysticalOrb provides Tarot readings with interpretation for entertainment and self-reflection only. The service is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. For entertainment only
MysticalOrb does not provide medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. All interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection only and must not replace professional advice. MysticalOrb is a space for self-reflection, not medical or legal advice.
3. Accounts and anonymous use
You may use MysticalOrb anonymously. When you sign in with Google or Facebook, you agree that we may process your authentication details in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Credits and payment
Credits are purchased via bank transfer (SePay) and have no cash-redemption value. Credits do not expire. Detailed refund terms are set out on the Billing & Refund Policy page. Prices may change, with notice given before any change takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, send harmful or fraudulent content, deliberately bypass rate limits, or copy and redistribute our interpretation content for commercial purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The MysticalOrb name, logo, design, and interface are our property. Interpretation content is generated for you personally — you may use it for personal purposes but may not resell or redistribute it.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. In any case, our liability will not exceed the total amount you paid in the most recent 3 months.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means you accept the new terms.
